This Sun Valley home is a private paired home.
The walkway is accessible - there are no stairs from your car to the
front door.
You'll enjoy a private space setback from the
street with trees all around and an unobstructed (vacant lot) view
of Mt. Baldy - plus you can walk to the river and lifts.
Conveniently in town, you'll experience a cozy,
elegant and artfully decorated "log cabin in the woods", with views
mostly of mountains and trees -- not a unit in a high-density condo
or townhome complex (looking out at other buildings and with little
or no garden or deck space).

Your Ketchum oasis is just minutes from all attractions. Yet, your
accommodations are nestled in a serene, heavily-wooded, ample garden
setting with over 50 evergreen, aspen, and deciduous trees and
shrubs. plus VIEWS!
The vacation rental home
features a dramatic, authentic river rock fireplace beside tall
windows. Stunning interior and exterior vistas are visible
from the living and dining rooms, kitchen and loft.
The privately-owned home is spread over
two stories, with 2 bedrooms (1 King up, 1 Queen down)
plus den (with Queen bed), and includes two baths. (See views
of the living room,
downstairs bedroom,
kitchen, and
upstairs bedroom.)
There is also a bonus/projects/pet room in connected building by the
laundry room.
The home is centrally located in west Ketchum, just two blocks
along the Wood River to ski lifts and the fabulous River Run day
lodge.
Lovely mountain views are available from every
room, including baths and hallways. Art, carvings, and artifacts --
Native American, forest animals, fish, fly-fishers, mountains,
rivers -- plus lots of beautiful teak or oak woods, create a cozy
and peaceful interior.
The large kitchen/bar and dining area (with
lovely teak tables and graceful chairs), two separate TV/stereo
centers, an iMac, reading areas, as well as outdoor deck/teak chairs
and redwood table offer multiple choices for entertaining.
The back and side fenced garden is very private and beautifully
landscaped, populated by more than 20 trees. More trees surround
the larger front yard which sets our home well away from the low-traffic street.
The one-car garage (and long driveway that can accommodate 3-4
cars) plus laundry and rec/mud room is in a separate, connected log
building across the front porch.
There is little traffic on Bordeaux Street and no through traffic
or buses, but the free KART bus stops conveniently only one block
away by the bike/ski trail. The river (and
great fishing!) is close by.
